- Jim Beach Added 2018-03-25★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Local 311 had been recommended to us and we looked them up on line. There menu there looked very good with a number of selections that we would like to try. On arrival, at 6 PM only two people at the bar and 2 more in a booth. When the wait staff came over with menus they were very limited to bar food and not anything like what was posted on the on line menu. We did not see anything that we would like so we did not eat. They need to make sure that both menu’s are the same.
